Sailing Season: Mid-April to late October is the best time for sailing in the Dodecanese.
Climate: Mediterranean climate. The climate is typically warm and sunny from late April to mid-October. However, the water temperatures are still fresh until the end of May. The humidity is low, so that even very high temperatures in midsummer can be endured.

Driving from Rhodes Airport to Rhodes Port takes approximately 30 minutes. There are daily ferries from Rhodes to Kos if you have chartered your boat in Kos.
