The personal data that boat charters and boat renters enter in the booking forms on the TimeToSail website (i.e. name, surname, address, email address, telephone number) are intended exclusively for TimeToSail and are necessary for the activity carried out.

By using the website or the application, you as a user (boat renter or boat rental company) consent and acknowledge the processing of personal data.

Boat lessors and boat renters have a right to information, modification and deletion of the data concerning them. Boat lessors and boat renters can send an email to our email address to request information, change or deletion of their personal data.

Boat lessors and boat renters have the right to object to the processing of data concerning them, to request restriction of processing, to exercise their right to data portability or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary within the framework of contract processing, for example to the bank commissioned with processing payments or to the boat rental company/boat hirer to conclude the contract.

We store the data required to process the contract until the statutory warranty and, if applicable, contractual warranty periods have expired.

The data processed to carry out pre-contractual measures will be deleted as soon as the measures have been carried out and a contract is clearly not concluded.

Your details from the booking/contact form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the booking/enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time.

Inquiry by e-mail, telephone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
